My little boy "officially" turned 5!

about a month after his 4th birthday, he was telling everyone that he was 5.... and everyone believed him. that of course made me sad, I don't really want him to grow up any faster than he already is. but NOW he really is 5, and so far he hasn't aged himself to 6 yet. so we are making a big deal about him being 5.

because his birthday falls on Thanksgiving weekend, he had a friend "fake birthday" party a week before his "real birthday" Spiderman was the theme! we had a web maze, pin the spider on the web game & musical webs. I think they all had fun, I'm glad Aubree was there to help me out with a room full of rowdy boys!

right before thanksgiving we got TONS of snow... we had 3... snow days (2 before thanksgiving break and 1 right after) making a week long thanksgiving break.

which gave us lots of time to play in the snow, and make a snow man!!

*the snow has all been melted away now, but it sure was fun to look at and play in for the couple weeks we had it.



Now we are getting ready for Christmas, which involves a ward Christmas party and a visit with the famous guy in red!
