Aubree has been enjoying a diet of Ice cream & Popsicles since yesterday! At first it was great and she thought it was the best thing ever....now she's a little tired of it and wants chicken nuggets and popcorn, BUT she can't.....
Yesterday morning all was going well, Every one's fevers were gone and Merrick was on his way to a birthday party.....When Aubree started spitting up blood!! with a quick call to the Dr,'s office we were off to the ER!! apparently her tonsil had erupted...
After almost 2 hours of spitting up blood, an ambulance ride and two hospitals later the bleeding stopped and a couple hours after that we were on our way home, keeping her on a diet of "soft" foods so the bleeding won't return. They didn't take her tonsils out YET, but I think that may happen soon, we have a follow-up with a ear,nose & throat doc. to decide that....
What a couple of fun days it has been around here, I sure hope it returns to normal soon!

IF it was you that got sick - life would go on as usual wouldn't it? That's how it is in my house. Hope all is well now at least until the tonsils come out!
